Dear Mustang Families,
It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I write this letter of introduction to you as the new principal of Marks Elementary. I am truly honored to have the opportunity to continue working with each of the Marks students, families and staff members and am filled with joy and anticipation for the continued progress, social and emotional growth and academic success of our amazing students! Our school is truly a unique and special place.
I began my work at Marks Elementary as the STEM coach after spending twelve years as an Agriculture Instructor and I quickly came to realize this was a place I wanted to call home. Everyone here at Marks Elementary is eager and excited to begin what promises to be the best year ever as we continue our journey towards excellence. This year is going to be GREAT as we continue to provide academic experiences for our students that are rigorous, relevant and builds relationships. As your principal, it is important to me that everyone who steps through our doors is excited to be here! I have dedicated myself to inspiring a love for learning with hands-on opportunities and will continue to bring my passion, enthusiasm, and experience to further enhance the unique educational programs that Marks Elementary has to offer.
Marks Elementary is a wonderful learning community. I value the input and ideas of our staff, students and families and believe that collaboration is key to our success. My colleagues and I appreciate the trust that you’ve shown in us by sending your children here every day. We will do our best to ensure they have a fulfilling, happy and safe year. Es con gran placer y entusiasmo que les escribo como la nueva directora de Primaria Marks. ¡Estoy realmente honrada de tener la oportunidad de continuar trabajando con cada uno de los estudiantes, las familias y los miembros del personal de Marks y estoy llena de alegría y anticipación por el progreso continuo, el crecimiento social y emocional y el éxito académico de nuestros increíbles estudiantes! Nuestra escuela es verdaderamente un lugar único y especial.
Comencé mi trabajo en la Primaria Marks como Maestra de STEM por sus asignaciones en inglés después de pasar doce años como instructora de agricultura y rápidamente me di cuenta que este era un lugar al que quería llamar hogar. Todos aquí en la Primaria están ansiosos y emocionados de comenzar lo que promete ser el mejor año de la historia a medida que continuamos nuestro viaje hacia la excelencia. Este año va a ser GENIAL a medida que continuamos brindando experiencias académicas para nuestros estudiantes que son rigurosas, relevantes y construyen relaciones. Como su directora, es importante para mí que todos los que cruzan nuestras puertas estén emocionados de estar aquí. Me he dedicado a inspirar el amor por el aprendizaje con oportunidades prácticas y continuaré aportando mi pasión,entusiasmo y experiencia para mejorar aún más los programas educativos únicos que la Primaria Marks tiene para ofrecer.
Marks es una maravillosa comunidad de aprendizaje. Valoro los aportes y las ideas de nuestro personal, estudiantes y familias y creo que la colaboración es clave para nuestro éxito. Mis compañeros y yo apreciamos la confianza que nos ha brindado al enviar a sus hijos aquí todos los días. Haremos todo lo posible para garantizar que tengan un año pleno, feliz y seguro.
